Jared was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and took care of all our insurance standards and procedures, met with the insurance adjuster, took care of the phone calls to the insurance claims adjuster and any questions they had about our storm and Hail damage of our roof, skylight's, repairing and painting of our ceilings. I had to only call my agent. They even take care of the procedures of our mortgage company and the checks being released to them (which was another great step I did not have to deal with). The roofing team showed up at our home at 7:00 am on their scheduled time to complete our brand-new roof, skylights, and other repairs. They finished by 7:30 pm that night. Chris, who was over the roofing crew kindly answered questions that my husband had, which he answered with approval from my husband. The clean-up was excellent. They did not leave any trash or nails in our yard. The roof and skylights are beautiful!!! All inside repairs are perfect. Jared was excellent with every detail, timely, and professional. You Cannot go wrong with American Renovations. The prices are great and the contract is one page and very simple, but professional. We also got a $500 discount for getting a new roof. Jared helped us with picking out a color from their numerous and modern color scheme book. Yes, they live up to their 5-star rating. They are licensed, bonded, and experts in the industry. I found the number for American Renovations (AR). AR had someone at my house that evening to tarp the roof in the area where the leak was suspected. The following Tuesday, a Project Manager from AR (Barry Bright) met with my insurance agent to inspect my roof for hail damage. Hail damage was obvious and a new roof was approved. Barry did all the paperwork and coordination required by the insurance company. A date for installing the new roof was selected. The work crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job of installing the new roof and cleaning up around the house afterward. The installation crew was supervised by Zach Dean.
  Unfortunately, the roof leak was around the chimney area and only appeared during high wind and heavy rainstorms, so the new roof did not stop the leak. When I would notify Robert Storey, the owner of AR, that I still had a leak, he would have someone at my house that day, or early the next morning to work on a repair. The repair crew was under the supervision of Zach. The last thing Zach would always say when the work was completed was “Call me if it leaks”. Persistence paid off, as I had no leak during the night when the tornado hit Seneca.
  I have never worked with a contractor that is more professional than Robert Storey. His key employees are outstanding individuals who obviously take pride in their work.
  It is with pleasure that I have the opportunity to recommend AR to anyone needing roofing work done. This a five-star business."
